Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Lamplit Labs and govern your use of Amistio - the website, the agent builder, and the run pages you share. By using Amistio you accept them.

If you use Amistio on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it. If a separate written agreement exists between us, that agreement controls where the two differ.

Amistio lets you build AI agents visually, connect them to third-party apps you authorize, run them, and share a public page where others can run them within the limits you set. Features labeled preview or beta may change or be withdrawn as they mature.

Keep your sign-in credentials safe and your account information accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account, including agents you build and runs started through links you share.

Organizations are responsible for their authorized users, identity configuration, and access controls.

When you connect a third-party app, you authorize Amistio to act on your account with that app - but only to carry out the actions of agents you build and run. Nothing runs on your connected accounts except what you set up.

Each connected app remains governed by its own rules, and you agree to follow them when your agents act there - including the Meta terms for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, the LinkedIn User Agreement, the X Terms of Service and Rules, and the Google, Microsoft, GitHub, Slack, Discord, Telegram, Notion, and Airtable terms that apply to your accounts.

Amistio is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms; their names belong to their owners. A platform may change or revoke API access, which can limit a connected feature; you can disconnect any app at any time, which immediately deletes its stored credential.

Use Amistio only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect the platforms your agents touch. You may not use it to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages; to scrape, harvest, or mass-collect data; to evade a platform's rate limits, automation rules, or bans; to post deceptive or misleading content; to impersonate others; to generate fake engagement; or to infringe anyone's rights.

You also may not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or approval controls, disrupt the service, or introduce malicious content. We may suspend or restrict accounts and agents that break these rules - that protection is part of what keeps every integration trustworthy.

You own the content and configurations you create - agents, forms, branding, knowledge, and uploads. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and display that content in order to run the service for you. You are responsible for having permission to use what you provide.

If you share a run page, visitors' submissions are processed on your behalf to execute your agent and show them the result. You are responsible for what your page collects and for telling your visitors what it is for.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it, use approval steps for consequential actions, and remain responsible for decisions made with it.

Generated audio and images are labeled as AI-generated. You remain responsible for lawful prompts and source material and for how you use or share the result. Provider safety filtering can reject a request, but Amistio does not promise a universal content filter. For source-linked audio, recorded links and stated rights are evidence, not legal advice or a guarantee that every source or generated statement is correct.

We work to keep Amistio reliable, but we may change, suspend, or discontinue features for reliability, security, legal compliance, or product direction. Where a change materially reduces what you can do, we aim to give reasonable notice.

Amistio is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their availability or decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamplit Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Amistio and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, security risk, or legal requirement - where practical, we will tell you why.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement for using Amistio unless a separate written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
