Amistio

Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules for using Amistio and the responsibilities that come with connecting accounts, tools, local runners, repositories, and AI-assisted coding workflows.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

What Amistio Is

Amistio is an AI-assisted coding orchestration product. It helps users describe work, generate structured plans, coordinate local or connected coding agents, track execution, and review results.

Amistio does not replace engineering judgment, security review, code review, legal review, or production readiness checks.

Use of the Service

You may use Amistio only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and the policies of any connected providers or tools.

You are responsible for the workspaces, projects, prompts, plans, approvals, tools, credentials, and local runners that you configure or operate through Amistio.

Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account or workspace.

If you use Google Sign-In or another third-party login provider, you also agree to that provider's terms and privacy policy. Amistio is not responsible for provider outages, account restrictions, or data handling outside Amistio's control.

Amistio may suspend or restrict access if use of the service creates security, legal, operational, or abuse risks.

Generated Work and Approvals

Amistio helps generate plans and coordinate coding agents, but users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, approvals, source code changes, deployments, and any downstream effects.

AI-generated content may contain errors, security issues, licensing issues, hallucinated details, or incomplete work. You should not rely on generated content as a substitute for professional review or production validation.

You are responsible for confirming that any generated code, dependencies, commands, or documentation are appropriate for your project and permitted by your organization's policies.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Amistio to harm others, access systems without authorization, exfiltrate data, violate intellectual property rights, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the service, overload infrastructure, or interfere with other users.

You may not submit secrets, credentials, regulated data, or third-party confidential information unless you have the necessary rights and the workspace is configured for that handling.

Third-Party Services

The product may integrate with authentication providers, model providers, source control systems, hosting platforms, local tools, and agent CLIs.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Amistio is not responsible for third-party service availability, behavior, or billing.

Data and Deletion

You retain responsibility for the content, project information, and workflow data you submit to Amistio. By using the service, you give Amistio permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, and improve the product.

You may request account or workspace deletion by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, backup, or audit purposes.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Amistio reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued as the product evolves.

Maintenance, provider outages, local runner issues, model provider limits, or source control outages may affect workflows.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amistio and BitesinByte are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable product or website notices.

Continued use of Amistio after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
