- Days-until math comes from a deterministic date tool in your time zone - the AI never guesses dates, and impossible dates are rejected when you add them
- The daily check reads your most recent items (up to 50, fewer when records are long) and says so - it is not an unbounded archive
- At most two phone reminders per daily check - the rest waits for tomorrow's check
